Employee AssistanceThrough contractual agreement, the Agency assists employers by providing counseling services for employees who are having difficulty functioning in their jobs due to mental health, substance abuse and other personal and/or family related issues. The employer pays for a specified number of sessions and, if additional sessions are needed, the employee pays a fee based on family income. Drug screenings are also available. In many cases, the program allows the employee to continue to perform well on the job without episodes of missed work. |
